By accessing or using the Gas Pro Career website (gasprocareer.com) or any of our services—including job matching, career coaching, and training resources—you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Offered

Gas Pro Career provides recruitment and professional development services for the gas industry, including job listings, resume review, interview coaching, and premium placement packages. All services are delivered online, with optional in-person consultations at our Calgary office.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the locations for which you apply. Additional eligibility requirements may apply for specific roles; please refer to individual job postings or contact support for details.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and applications.
• Maintain and update your profile, resume, and contact details promptly.
• Use our materials, recommendations, and coaching services lawfully and ethically.

5. Payments & Fees

Fees for premium services (e.g., Standard Support, Premium Placement) are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle via secure payment gateways. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services until resolved.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive for your satisfaction with our services. Our refund policy for premium subscriptions and one-time services is as follows:

• Full Refund: Available if you cancel within 7 days of subscribing to Standard Support or Premium Placement and have not used any coaching sessions or received job matching assistance.
• Partial Refund: If cancelled after 7 days but within the first month, you may receive a prorated refund for unused days, minus a 15% administrative fee.
• No Refund: After the first month, no refunds are available; however, you may pause your subscription for up to 60 days or transfer remaining services to another candidate.

To request a refund or cancellation, email contact@gasprocareer.com with your account details and reason. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on gasprocareer.com, including text, graphics, logos, and proprietary tools, is the property of Gas Pro Career. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited without express written permission.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

Gas Pro Career offers services to support your job search and professional growth but does not guarantee job placement or specific outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect and process personal data.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and will take effect 30 days after posting on our website.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Calgary, after good-faith mediation.
